UNICO 2
The Unico 2 caliber was developed to equip smaller chronographs and at the same time open up the world of Hublot to new enthusiasts. It retains the unique design of its previous version, with a double clutch system visible from the dial side, as well as a 72-hour power reserve. However, thanks to various technical optimizations – including the introduction of a new, flatter automatic winding system – its height could be reduced by 1.3 mm.
TITANIUM
Titanium is widely used by Hublot, particularly due to its light weight. It offers the best resistance-to-weight ratio of all materials, making it a very popular material – especially in aviation. In addition, it is characterized by its corrosion resistance and skin compatibility. Hublot exclusively uses high-quality Grade 5 titanium, the strongest available quality. Once polished, this material retains a slightly bluish metallic sheen.
